ImParando Academy was founded in June 2013 and was formalized on 11 March 2014 with the creation of the “ImParando Academy” Amateur Sports Association.
The Academy was designed by the manager Matteo Bonavolontà, professional coach Figc and Uefa B and trainer of the goalkeepers of the youth sector of the S.S. Lazio 1900 and then involved 4 other goalkeeping coaches, two football technique coaches and an IUSM coordinating athletic trainer.
The philosophy of the school is to train students during training sessions, always differentiating them by age, physical structure and motor skills so as to personalize the work as much as possible.
Particular attention is paid to the psychological aspect with the aim of positively influencing the personality of the athletes; all the technicians are committed to creating an education relationship characterized by affability and communication from the first training sessions.
The aims of our activities are addressed, in addition to the technical-tactical-coordinating improvement of the future numbers 1, also to the planning of an activity that favors the use of the body as a tool of knowledge, communication and socialization for each individual student always giving the right importance to the playful aspect that is often present in every training session, especially for the little ones.
The guideline and training schedule in the Academy is based on the graduality and rationality of the loads and is characterized by not pre-packaged exercises, in fact every single technician of the staff always proposes creative and amusing workouts, set according to their own training experience.
The main objectives of the school are to improve the young goalkeeper from a technical point of view, with training aimed at perfecting and consolidating the gesture and the various postures.
In addition to the basic technique, there is a lot of work on the conditional and motor aspect, thanks also to the help of the IUSM instructors who carefully take care of the coordination and fluidity of the movement, aspects of fundamental importance for this role.
